Day of Coordinating

• 7:30am (or venue open) to just after open dancing begins.

1-2 meeting before the big day​

Guide of unique ideas and suggestions to make your day unique and FUN! 

$150 venue visit with client (only if local to Northern WY, Southern MT, additional cost at discretion of coordinator) 

$200 tear down of the venue that night

$150 set up the day before (2-3 hours)

Venues outside Sheridan City Limits subject to travel costs (calculated per client)

Additional assistant $250-350 depending on travel
